Description

Fried Plaice (Soul, Halibut - flat fish) with batter. For the batter use either;

Ingredients

1  
plaice (Portion)
1  
frying batter
1  
fresh parsley
1  
lemon quarters

Instructions

  1. Pass through batter.
  2. Shake off any excess.
  3. Fry in oil 1850C.
  4. Drain well and serve as for Fried Whiting with suitable sauce.
