Description
Fried Plaice (Soul, Halibut - flat fish) with batter. For the batter use either;

plaice (Portion) 1
frying batter 1
fresh parsley 1
lemon quartersInstructions
- Pass through batter.
- Shake off any excess.
- Fry in oil 1850C.
- Drain well and serve as for Fried Whiting with suitable sauce.
